My experience at this hotel was rather frustrating. The location was decent, with easy access to a shopping mall, but the hotel itself felt outdated and in need of upgrades. The rooms, while spacious, had numerous issues that detracted from the overall comfort. I also found the service lacking, with staff not being particularly attentive or helpful when needed. Breakfast, unfortunately, was chaotic and insufficient for the number of guests, which was disappointing.
